This is a really funny and enjoyable adaptation of the hilarious TV series that was such a brilliant vehicle for Dawn French. A strong Guilsfield cast takes us from the shock arrival of a WOMAN vicar! through the dysfunctional relationships and personal quirks of the strangely familiar characters; to the almost surreal wedding of the dim couple, Hugo and Alice.
